What is IC3 Digital Literacy?
IC3 Digital Literacy is an international certification that measures modern digital skills. It proves you can use computers and the internet correctly and effectively, and it is recognised across education, employment and professional development.
The IC3 Digital Literacy GS6 version is currently available, in Russian or English.
The exam is developed by Certiport and delivered in Uzbekistan by its sole official partner, the Edu-Action test centre.
Salary bonus for computer science teachers
Under joint decision No. 3515-1 of 06.10.2025 by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, computer science teachers holding IC3 Digital Literacy receive a 50% salary bonus for three years.

IC3 Digital Literacy Master Certification
After passing all three levels you receive a digital IC3 Digital Literacy Master certificate. Its authenticity can be checked at any time with its code on verify.certiport.com.
How to prepare for and take the exam
How the exam is held
In Uzbekistan, IC3 Digital Literacy is officially delivered only by the Edu-Action test centre, in person. Sessions run 6–8 times a month on average, across different regions.
